Hungry Couples (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an intentional, milestone-driven social and culinary platform built to connect singles and modern couples through shared culinary adventures, verified safety standards, and progressive relationship growth.
By accessing, registering an account, or interacting with the Hungry Couples mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, or physical partnered dining venues, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must terminate your registration immediately and cease application usage.

User Eligibility & Identity Verification
The safety, integrity, and authenticity of each shared dining experience hinges on mutual trust. Membership is conditioned upon strict adherence to the following eligibility prerequisites:
Single Authentic Identity
Strictly one verified account per real human individual. Impersonation, parody, animal profiles, or dual surrogate accounts are permanently barred.
MANDATORY BIOMETRIC SELFIE VERIFICATION
To unlock progressive chat tiers and dinner reservations, all users must complete a live dynamic 3D selfie verification. Photos are algorithmically compared against government ID documents where required by local regulations to prevent catfishing and malicious behavior.

Account Security & BancWall Connectivity
Hungry Couples utilizes advanced financial integration to streamline date booking, reservation deposits, and non-awkward culinary bill settlement.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, and biometric passkeys.
- BancWall Financial Gateway: Secure settlement of restaurant bills, tips, and ticketed date experiences operates through BancWall protocol. By linking your payment method, you authorize BancWall to process split bills agreed upon inside the app.
- Anti-Fraud Real-Time Monitoring: Transactions, account shifts, and sudden location discrepancies are analyzed for fraud prevention. Unauthorized chargebacks, fake reservation claims, or bill dodging may result in immediate expulsion and referral to collection agencies.

The 7-Tier Progressive Dating Model
Unlike traditional dating apps, Hungry Couples operates an intentional, structured progression framework engineered to cultivate organic compatibility and safety:
Strict Prohibition on Circumvention: Exchanging private contact handles (WhatsApp, Telegram, off-platform social links) solely to bypass progression safety verification checks before achieving Tier 3 will flag account trust ratings and may trigger automated safety reviews.

Community Guidelines & Acceptable Conduct
Hungry Couples fosters a dignified environment built around epicurean joy and romantic intention. Every member commits to treating dining companions and hospitality staff with respect.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Obscenity
Non-consensual sexualized language, unsolicited imagery, stalking, intimidation, or hate speech leads to immediate, irrevocable platform blacklisting.
No Solicitation or Commercial Activities
Accounts cannot be leveraged for sex work, sugar arrangements, multi-level marketing, cryptocurrency schemes, or third-party venue promotions.
Respectful In-Person Dining Conduct
Members must adhere to partner venue dress codes, attend booked reservations promptly, and honor the pre-selected bill-splitting agreement made via BancWall.

Priority Tier unlocks, unlimited table reservations, 10 BCCN tokens per renewal.
Elite Tier

- Auto-Renewal & Cancellations: Paid subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date via your Apple App Store or Google Play account management settings.
- Refund Policy: All subscription charges and BCCN token consumables are non-refundable except where expressly mandated under statutory consumer protection laws.

Safety, Emergencies & Venue Liability
While Hungry Couples rigorously screens accounts through verified selfies and progressive matching, we cannot ensure individual physical actions outside our direct algorithmic oversight.
In-App SOS Emergency System
During in-person date reservations, the Hungry Couples mobile app activates an omnipresent SOS Panic Protocol. Triggering SOS discreetly relays your GPS location, reservation table number, and emergency contacts to our 24/7 security rapid team and nearby municipal emergency responders.
Venue Liability Disclaimer: Hungry Couples operates as a facilitator connecting culinary patrons with licensed restaurant establishments. We are not liable for food-borne illness, allergic reactions, partner venue service quality, or property damage sustained during independent dates.
